In the Cloud - Working from Anywhere
Communication Freedom is committed to helping our clients make their business fit their lifestyle, not making their lifestyle fit their business. To us, this means being able to work from just about anywhere. Some call this being a Location Independent Professional (LIP), but we're more concerned with the business owner looking to free their lifestyle as well as their employees - not just contract professionals (though we love working with individuals who are both). Let's call it the Location Independent Owner (LIO).
In a coming series of posts I hope to outline just how I work from anywhere. For those who know me, I'm consistently traveling between states, clients, and events. This requires me to be able to juggle the details of running a business on the go while still being able to be in sync no matter where I am.
Naturally, being able to work from just about anywhere means being proficient with the web and phone, and I'm going to try and show you just how easy that is. In fact, chances are you already have the skill but just need a few pointers and recommendations.
Just to be fair, I'm not going to be talking to the globe trotting executives. My target in these articles is the entrepreneurs we work with every day in the USA. Most of our clients aren't running off to Baghdad or Paris. They're more concerned about being able to go to California or Colorado.
So leave a comment if there's a particular topic you would like to see covered or if you have a specific question. It's always more fun to write conversationally and cover things that are important to you.
